Equipment Coordinator
Participates in site meetings prior to and during project
Actively participates in the protocols elaborated between the general contractor and our client to ensure that the state of the handover is acceptable for equipment installations
Contacts suppliers and ensures that their deliveries / interventions are on schedule
Coordinates suppliers on site mandated by client
Orchestrates the logistics of hotel equipment from one centralized transport warehouse via our transport / logistics partner
Coordinates the stock and distribution of supplies / equipment in their designated place
Verifying the quality and quantity of equipment during delivery, as well as validating the state of deliveries with which the billings of said suppliers must coincide
Follow-up of all FF&E / OS&E installations
Constant communication with project manager, general contractor, interior designer/architect, as well as hotel management and client suppliers through-out the fit-out process
Precise log of all damaged or missing equipment and follow-up with suppliers until the issue is cleared
Signed logs of all equipment handed-over to second party contractors i.e. plumber, carpet layer, electrician
Coordinates with hotel management, interior decorator / architect, client, and or general contractor the handover of each finished area, ensuring that all equipment have been delivered, installed, and are in perfect condition and that the specific area is clean and ready for operation

Our team of warehousemen are equipped with professional moving carts, outside furniture lift (27m), and hand palette trucks,.
